Easily manage client accounts with tools to control access, configure settings, and monitor activity. Keep track of usage, licenses, and performance metrics while maintaining full administrative control.
Two ways to access the client account
Switch to Client Account
Choose the dropdown of your desired client account from the top left.
Access Account
- Open the desired client account and tap “Access Account” in the top right corner
Make sure to enable Agency View in the footer of the client account menu for full access.
What you can control
General
Enable or disable client accounts based on their activation status.
Provider Credentials
Add or update API keys and sync connected platforms.
Permissions
- Control the client’s access to specific features.
- Navigate to the Permissions tab to enable or disable menus as needed.
Pricing
Assign subscription plans to your client.Clients will be required to subscribe upon the trial period’s end.
Users
Create and manage client user accounts.You can set login credentials or send password reset links.
License
Set free trial options by assigning free days and free call minutes.Useful for both trial and active customers.
