  • Import leads or sync from your CRM
  • Organize leads into Lists or apply Tags

Launch a New Campaign

  • Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign
  • Set:
    • Campaign Name
    • Lead List / Tag
    • Assigned AI Agent
    • Outbound Phone Number 
    • Launch Date & Time

Configure Call Settings

  • Call Concurrency (e.g., 20 calls in parallel)
  • Auto Redial Rules for unanswered calls (e.g., retry after 15 mins, 4 hrs, next day)

AI Handles the Conversations

Your AI agent will call each lead, ask predefined questions, qualify them, and take action

Post-Call Actions

  • Extract key lead info using #Extract_Info
  • Book appointments with #Book_Calendar
  • Push lead data to CRM or Sheets using #Post_Call_Event
  • Full call log, summary, and transcript saved under Call History.
